- Take the Victoria Hwy turn off to WA. This is a very scenic 5 hours drive along the 480 km to Kununurra which is our nearest country town.
- Travel another 45 km to the Great Northern Hwy turn off follow another 58 km through the scenic pass to Wyndham.
- Distance: 480 km. Approximately 5 hours drive
From Broome:
- Travelling North along the Great Northern Highway to Wyndham, passing through the towns of Fiztroy Crossing & Halls Creek.
- There are five service stations along the way
- Distance 875 km. Approximately 9.5/10 hours drive
- Or, explore the track crossing through the Windjana Gorge tunnel creek National Park to the Gibb River Road - 4WD drive access only
From Derby:
- Take The Gibb River Road which starts/ends at Derby
- There is a service station at Mt Barnett Roadhouse, 328 km from Derby
